This business is to make the public aware of the scale of epic floods.
The Event
On July 4th, an extreme flood came down the Guadalupe River with catastrophic force.
Our family survived the flood, but we lost our son, Clay.
In the aftermath, one realization stayed with us:
Most people do not truly understand their flood risk until the water arrives.
Why the company exists
Clay Flood Concepts was created to help property owners visualize extreme flood behavior before disaster strikes.
Traditional flood maps often fail to communicate the true speed, depth, and danger of rapidly rising water.
Our goal is to create intuitive, property-specific visualizations that help people better understand the risks around them.

Philosophy
Flood risk is often communicated through regulatory maps and probabilities.
We believe people understand risk more clearly when they can actually visualize what extreme water movement may look like on their own property.
