DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICY
Clay Flood Concepts, LLC provides custom-generated digital products requiring technical processing, modeling, mapping, and visualization work.
Due to the nature of these services, refunds are limited as described below.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:
duplicate orders
billing errors
inability of Clay Flood Concepts to complete the requested service
failure to deliver purchased products.
NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES
Once project production, modeling, processing, or map generation has begun, services become non-refundable.
Refunds shall not be issued based upon:
dissatisfaction with modeled results
disagreement with assumptions
perceived flood severity
visual preferences
emotional reactions to results
or requests for alternate scenarios.
NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOMES
Clay Flood Concepts does not guarantee:
property safety
flood protection
flood prediction accuracy
future storm behavior
or prevention of flood damage.

CHARGEBACK ABUSE
